REFUND POLICY

Rambo Beans thrives on customer satisfaction so we describe every item to the tee in hopes of getting our customers that unique item they are looking for.

Refund and Return Policies

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition.

All clothing items can only be returned for an exchange.    

All sales are final upon processing the item. This process takes 3 days. Refunds are only given if item is broken or if item has not been received past the final 8 weeks due to a clerical error on behalf of Rambo Beans.

If item is returned but is not broken, we will issue a refund with a 20% restocking fee deducted from the total purchase amount. Most of our items are custom made to order.

Items returned to us because of address errors on behalf of the customer will be resent to the proper mailing address. Refunds can not be given for items that have been shipped but returned because of clerical error on behalf of customer.

     Please understand some items are shipped from overseas and our estimated time of arrival could be anywhere from 1-6 weeks depending on the item. Items may also be shipped in separate containers reception of refunds could defer based on policy of your bank.

     Receipt of refund may take anywhere from 1-7 days although confirmation email will be sent immediately. If you have any questions on if you qualify for a refund please click the contact us form on the site.
